First elected to Hillingdon Council in 1993 and currently Mayor of Hillingdon, Philip gained vast experience as a Hillingdon cabinet member for nearly 20 years, principally in health and social care. More recently he has worked on select committees scrutinising these and other resident services. He has long had a reputation as a vigorous champion and campaigner for local residents.
Ian served as Leader of Hillingdon Council from 2021 until May 2026 and has been a councillor since 2014, following a distinguished public service career spanning more than 50 years.

Hillingdon East is a vibrant ward in the heart of Hillingdon, offering a mix of parks and open spaces such as Court Park, Pole Hill Park, Elephant Park, and Knights Gardens.
Susan O'Brien has been an elected councillor since 2010 and a resident of the ward for 22 years. Has a passion for Children's Services, which in 2024 was judged to be outstanding in Hillingdon. Has previously been a school governor, uniformed group leader and been a trustee for a number of charities over the years.
Douglas Mills has over 40 years experience of Hillingdon Council and of supporting Ruislip Manor residents. The driving force behind Ruislip High School and Hillingdon First card, and supportive to our local businesses. He has always been a resident of the ward and together with Cllr O'Brien maintains a dialogue with the local Ruislip Manor police team.
Eddie has been a resident of the area for 30 years with grown up children who all attended local schools. One of your Hillingdon Councillors since 2006, working hard to provide and improve the services that local residents need. Previously Chairman of Governors at Sacred Heart Primary School and is currently a Vice Chairman of Governors at Ruislip High School.
