Chief Whip - Conservative Group
Richard has been a Councillor in Hillingdon since 2010 and has represented South Ruislip Ward since 2022. A lifelong resident in the area, Richard attended local schools and is regularly seen out and about in the Ruislip area.
He is now the Chief Whip of the Conservative Administration in Hillingdon and has previously held positions as Chairman of the Corporate Services and Finance Select Committee, as well as having being the Borough’s Sports Champion.
In his role as a South Ruislip Councillor, Richard works closely with the local safer neighbourhood police team and regularly speaks at resident association meetings.
