Richard has been a Councillor in Hillingdon since 2010 and has represented South Ruislip Ward since 2022.  A lifelong resident in the area, Richard attended local schools and is regularly seen out and about in the Ruislip area.He is now the Chief Whip of the Conservative Administration in Hilli

Adam Bennett was elected as one of two Councillors for Hillingdon West in 2022, and lives in the Ward.A lifelong Conservative Party supporter, Adam has worked in the London Borough of Hillingdon since 2008 and moved to the area in 2015.

Colham & Cowley represents the largest population of any ward in Hillingdon Borough and shares boundaries with Hillingdon West, Hillingdon East, Uxbridge, Yiewsley, Hayes Town and Wood End Wards.
