James Bourke was elected as one of three councillors for Colham and Cowley Ward in 2026 and is proud to serve in the Borough he has grown up in and known his entire life.
James is a member of the Planning Select Committee. He is a passionate supporter of the rebuild of Hillingdon Hospital and continues to push for this essential project to move forward, despite concerns raised by the Labour Government and local Labour MP about funding availability.
Dedicated to his community, James is engaging with residents, working closely with local businesses to champion their interests, and advocates for the concerns of his constituents. His biggest concerns and areas of greatest focus are tackling fly-tipping and litter, and stamping out problem illegal HMOs on top of keeping the green and pleasant character of Hillingdon.
