Ranjeet Rathore was elected as councillor for Northwood Hills in May 2026. A long-standing Hillingdon resident for over 12 years, Ranjeet brings a strong background in leadership, public service and community engagement to the role.
Ranjeet first became involved in local public life while studying at Brunel University London, where he served two terms as Students’ Union President, representing more than 15,000 students. Alongside his civilian career, he also serves in the British Army Reserves, reflecting his commitment to service and discipline.
An active campaigner across Ruislip and Northwood for many years, Ranjeet has built a reputation for being approachable, hardworking and focused on delivering practical results for residents. His priorities include protecting green spaces, supporting local businesses, maintaining safe and clean streets, and ensuring Northwood Hills continues to thrive while protecting the character of the area.
Ranjeet joins an experienced Conservative team in Northwood Hills alongside Councillor Jonathan Bianco and Councillor Kishan Bhatt, continuing work to support investment in the town centre, improve local infrastructure and deliver for residents across the ward.
