Colleen Sullivan has represented Hillingdon East since February 2020 and has lived in the area for more than 40 years. She worships at All Saints Church and maintains a strong relationship with local residents and shopkeepers, making her a well-known and deeply rooted member of the community.
Before her election in the February 2020 by-election, Colleen was a longstanding member of the Oak Farm Residents’ Association. Within the Council, she serves on the Licensing Committee, the Hillingdon Safer Neighbourhood Board, and is also a member of the Hillingdon East Ward Panel.
Colleen served as Deputy Mayor of Hillingdon in 2023-2024 and was subsequently elected Mayor for 2024-2025. She is now serving her second term as Deputy Mayor for the 2026-2027 municipal year.
