Hillingdon East Ward Councillor
Colleen Sullivan has represented Hillingdon East since February 2020 and has lived in the area for more than 40 years. She worships at All Saints Church and maintains a strong relationship with local residents and shopkeepers, making her a well-known and deeply rooted member of the community.
Before her election in the February 2020 by-election, Colleen was a longstanding member of the Oak Farm Residents’ Association. Within the Council, she serves on the Licensing Committee, the Fostering & Permanence Panel, the Hillingdon Safer Neighbourhood Board, and is also a member of the Hillingdon East Ward Panel.
Colleen served as Deputy Mayor of Hillingdon in 2023-2024 and was subsequently elected Mayor for 2024-2025.
