Save Hayes Police Station

Save Hayes Police Station

Sadiq Khan’s plans to close the front counter at Hayes Police Station are a direct attack on outer London communities like ours. Hillingdon Conservatives strongly oppose these proposals and are calling for them to be scrapped immediately.

Khan already closed Uxbridge Police Station, despite promising over two years ago that he would reopen it. Now, he wants to shut the only remaining police front counter in our area - leaving us in Hillingdon without any accessible police presence. The nearest alternatives are miles away in Acton or Hounslow. That’s simply not good enough for a borough the size of Hillingdon.

This move will weaken local policing, undermine public safety, and shows yet again that Labour cannot be trusted to protect us in Hillingdon. Just like with ULEZ, Sadiq Khan's Labour has broken promises and ignored the needs of Hillingdon residents.

We need to stand up now. Sign our petition to demand that the Labour Mayor keeps Hayes Police Station open and starts investing in local services instead of cutting them.

We will present this petition to them: so let’s send a clear message to Sadiq Khan and Labour: we won’t accept cuts to our safety.
